Before you begin

Have these ready

Configure the catalog website when needed
Open Settings and add the dealer website and, where appropriate, specific inventory/search links. This advanced configuration is separate from the minimal name-and-phone profile.

Sync the available links
Choose Sync inventory on the dashboard and read the result. Sync discovers catalog links; it does not publish vehicles or replace a review of availability.

Import selected vehicles
Use Incomplete to find links that still need data. Select the intended rows and choose Import data. The app processes the batch sequentially; inspect the results and complete missing fields.

Search and filter
Use Full inventory, search, and Filters to find vehicles by VIN, stock, make, model, publishing status or readiness.

Prepare a queue without starting posts
Select reviewed vehicles and choose Create queue from selection. Resolve the readiness findings. Each vehicle still waits for your Publish this action and publication confirmation.

Important

A catalog link, imported draft, ready vehicle and Facebook listing are different stages. Check the actual state before taking the next action.
