Before you begin
Have these ready
- ✓An active CarSocial account
- ✓A Windows 10/11 x64 computer or a supported Mac
- ✓Permission to install an application on the computer

Open the CarSocial download page
Go to carsocial.ai/download on the computer you will use for Facebook Marketplace publishing.

Choose the correct installer
Select Windows x64, Mac Apple Silicon for M-series Macs, or Mac Intel for older Intel-based Macs.
- •On Mac, Apple menu → About This Mac shows whether the computer uses an Apple or Intel chip.
- •Use only the current installer linked from CarSocial.ai.

Install the desktop app
Run the Windows installer, or open the Mac DMG and move CarSocial.ai into Applications.
- •The current Windows installer is digitally signed and timestamped. Confirm Windows lists Juan Diego Urdaneta as the verified publisher before continuing.
- •Current Mac downloads are signed, notarized by Apple, and stapled.

Sign in with the same CarSocial account
Open CarSocial Desktop and use the email and password from your CarSocial account. The computer activates automatically when access is valid.

Confirm activation
Return to app.carsocial.ai/account. The Desktop devices metric should change from 0 to 1 after the app checks in.
Before you continue
Verify the Windows publisher before installing
Download only from CarSocial.ai. If Windows shows SmartScreen, choose More info and confirm the publisher is Juan Diego Urdaneta. If the publisher or source differs, stop and contact support.
You are done when
Your Account page reports at least one active desktop device.
