We collect account details such as name, email address, authentication data, subscription status, device activation data, support messages and product usage signals needed to operate CarSocial.ai.

When you use the product, you may provide vehicle inventory links, VINs, photos, prices, descriptions and related listing content. We use this data to generate, manage and support your vehicle listing workflow.

Payments are processed by Stripe. CarSocial.ai does not store raw credit card numbers. We may store Stripe customer, subscription and checkout identifiers so we can manage trials, licenses, renewals and billing support.

We use information to provide the service, activate desktop licenses, improve product reliability, prevent abuse, provide support, send account or billing messages and understand which onboarding steps need help.
