Renew eligible Marketplace listings

Open Facebook and renew only listings it currently makes eligible.

Current CarSocial entry point followed by a recorded Facebook example from August 2026. Eligibility and layout may vary.

Before you begin

Have these ready

  • The correct Facebook account connected
  • An existing Marketplace listing
  1. 01

    Open the correct Facebook listing

Use View vehicle on Facebook or Listings in Seller control center. These actions open through CarSocial’s local Facebook session. Confirm the intended account and vehicle.

  2. 02

    Renew only eligible listings

Choose Renew listings from Seller control center. Facebook determines which listings are eligible. Review the available items and confirm the renewal in Facebook; the interface and eligibility can change.

  3. 03

Share an already-published listing to groups

Open the published vehicle in CarSocial and choose Share to Facebook Groups. Read the confirmation: continuing shares the listing to 5–8 new matching groups using rotation. Cancel if you do not want that external action to occur.

  4. 04

Update the local republished or sold record

After verifying what happened on Facebook, open the inventory row menu and choose Republished / sold. Select the accurate state. This records your report in CarSocial; it does not itself republish the vehicle or mark the live Facebook listing sold.

  5. 05

    Recheck the live result

An updated local record is not proof of the Facebook state. Open the listing and confirm the change on Facebook when needed.

Important

Facebook examples may look different

Some videos include earlier recorded Facebook examples. Follow the current labels and messages Facebook shows; do not infer eligibility or success from a tutorial recording.

You are done when

You can distinguish actions that change Facebook from actions that update a CarSocial record.
