Before you begin

Have these ready

  • A Facebook account with access to Facebook Marketplace
  • Any required Facebook two-factor authentication method
  1. 01

    Choose Connect Facebook

Use Connect Facebook from the guided setup, Seller control center on the inventory dashboard, or an individual vehicle screen.

  2. 02

Sign in inside the local window

Facebook opens locally on your computer. Complete sign-in and any two-factor authentication requested by Facebook.

  3. 03

    Wait for confirmation in CarSocial

Keep the local sign-in window open until CarSocial reports Facebook connected. You do not need to reconnect while that session remains valid.

  4. 04

    Verify Marketplace access

In Seller control center, choose Listings. CarSocial opens Marketplace using the same local Facebook session used for publishing. Confirm that the expected account can access its seller inventory.

  5. 05

    Switch accounts when needed

Choose Switch account beside the connected Facebook status in Seller control center or a vehicle screen. Read the confirmation, then sign in privately with the other account. CarSocial keeps a recoverable local backup of the previous session; inventory and saved listings remain unchanged. Check the connected account name before continuing.
