Cancellation and Refund Policy

CarSocial Pro starts with a 7-day trial when activated through Stripe. You will not be charged during the trial. Billing begins after the trial unless the subscription is canceled before renewal.

After the trial, CarSocial Pro renews monthly at the displayed subscription price. You can cancel any time before the next renewal period through the billing portal or by contacting support.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or when CarSocial.ai determines that a billing error occurred. If something looks wrong, contact support and we will review it.

Use the billing controls in your CarSocial account or email admin@carsocial.ai. Include the account email used for your subscription so we can find it quickly.
