Set up your seller profile

Before you begin

Have these ready

  • ✓CarSocial Desktop installed and activated
  • ✓Your seller name and contact phone number

    Choose Complete my profile

    Start from the guided first-listing journey in CarSocial Desktop. Complete my profile opens Your contact details with the short setup form.

  2. 02

    Add the seller contact details

    Enter the seller name and phone number that should appear in listing copy. Review them carefully before saving.

  3. 03

    Leave advanced settings for later if you do not need them

    Advanced settings (optional) contains the business name, website, inventory links, description template, pricing source and Facebook group keywords. None of these is required to save the first contact profile.

    Choose Save and continue

    Your profile is saved and the guided journey shows the next incomplete step. Return to Settings at any time to review your contact details or configure advanced options.

Important

Name and phone are enough to start

A dealer website is needed for catalog sync, not for saving the first profile. You can import one vehicle by its direct URL and choose Marketplace only without setting up groups.

You are done when

The Desktop guided setup marks Prepare your profile as complete.
